First experience here, and I will definitely return. I tried the 'Mimi's Fries'. They were served with a very generous and tasty portion of tender picanha steak. The steak had chimichurri sauce and the fries had a couple of creamy sauces on them. The result... Delicious. I also recommend the ham and cheese empanada. Service was extremely friendly. They have combination dishes for only $10 with your choice of protein and several side dish options. Their Cuban style fried rice dishes also look really good. I will try on next time I go.

Best food in town. Best food truck anywhere. I can’t stop eating their food. All of their ingredients are amazing and each component is seasoned perfectly. I’ve eaten all their food, and keep coming back. Great guys, great service, and above restaurant quality. Would recommend for anyone. Their prices are lower than the other “food trucks” in town and their burger is better than the other trucks that ONLY do burgers! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Love it! 10 stars!

My husband and I just stopped here to get some lunch. Without a doubt, hands down, my opinion, the absolute BEST place to get food in Okeechobee County. I ordered the steak fries and when I say that young man can cook I mean it. So good. Always great food and great people. Love it!!

Outstanding!!! Super Rico!!! Father and son are humble and with a great sense of humor. I totally recommend Mimi's Meals. Their food is fresh and prepared in the moment.
